By creating an account, accessing, or using BillUtilityAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use BillUtilityAI for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. BillUtilityAI is not directed to people under 18 years of age.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password, Google account, device, and authentication token and for activity performed through your account.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may require reasonable verification before changing account information or responding to a security request.

BillUtilityAI helps you organize transactions, income and expense categories, budgets, recent activity history, appearance preferences, notifications, dashboards, and optional AI-generated insights.

Features may change, be rate-limited, become temporarily unavailable, or be removed as the service evolves. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Use BillUtilityAI only for lawful personal or authorized organizational purposes.

• Do not access or attempt to access another person’s account or data.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, abuse rate limits, introduce malicious code, or overload the infrastructure.
• Do not reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the service except where applicable rules expressly permit it.
• Do not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.

You retain ownership of the financial records, descriptions, categories, profile information, and other content you submit. You give BillUtilityAI limited permission to host, reproduce, organize, calculate, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and maintain the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you enter and for keeping your own records when they are important to you.

AI insights and savings tips may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Similar inputs may produce different outputs, and generated material may not be unique.

You must review AI output before relying on it. BillUtilityAI may cache or rate-limit generated results to reduce unnecessary processing and improve service efficiency.

BillUtilityAI provides organizational tools and general informational output. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, credit counseling, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any product.

Your financial decisions remain your responsibility. Consider consulting a qualified professional for guidance tailored to your circumstances.

Some features depend on third-party services, including Google Sign-In and the Google Gemini API. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

BillUtilityAI is not responsible for a third party’s independent services, availability, security, or content.

We may maintain, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of BillUtilityAI. Usage limits, including limits on refreshes and AI generations, may apply and may change to protect reliability, security, and fair access.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted or permanent availability is not guaranteed.

BillUtilityAI and its software, design, branding, logo, and original content are protected interests of their respective owners. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership to you.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you submit an account deletion request through the in-app account controls, access is disabled immediately and the account is scheduled for permanent deletion 72 hours after the request. The in-app deletion request cannot be cancelled through the service, and the account cannot be recovered after the request is submitted.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal obligations, prolonged service changes, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, BillUtilityAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted, BillUtilityAI and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss caused by decisions made from inaccurate records or AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the service, its practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version began. If a change materially affects your rights, we will use a reasonable method to provide notice.
